Estimates and final offers
Price lists and quote totals are indicative estimates, not a guaranteed purchase offer. The final offer is confirmed after inspection, ownership verification and checks of condition, storage, carrier restrictions, activation status and market value. You may accept or decline the final offer.
Eligibility
Only offer devices that you own and have authority to sell. We do not buy lost, stolen, blacklisted or account-locked devices. Resolve ownership and financing obligations before selling. See our buying policies.
Preparing your device
Back up your data. Before completing a sale, remove personal accounts and activation locks and erase personal information. Never share your account passwords.
Local transactions
Contact us to confirm an estimate and visit details. Do not ship a device without a separate explicit arrangement; this website does not offer a mail-in service. Payment method and transaction details are confirmed before you accept the final offer.
